Change of Mind & Sizing

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection.

  • All sales are final once your order has been placed.

Faulty or Damaged Items

  • If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • We’ll arrange a replacement or store credit once the issue is confirmed.

  • To speed up the process, please include your order number and clear photos of the fault when contacting us.

How to Request a Return (for faulty items only)

  1. Email our support team with your order number and a brief description of the issue.

  2. Attach photos of the fault for review.

  3. Once approved, we’ll provide instructions for your replacement or store credit.

Important Notes

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached to qualify for replacement or credit.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
